If you decide not to keep your online purchase, we understand. Simply send us an email with your name, address, and invoice number to XXXXXXX@jaylonsmith.com. within seven days of receiving your shipment. As long as you’re within our return policy, we’ll email you a Return Authorization Number. Always refer to this number when corresponding with us or shipping your merchandise so that we can expedite your return.
We can’t accept merchandise for return that is bought on sale or isn’t returned in its original condition; and we can’t fully credit you without the original casing - so please remember to include your cases. We are also unable to reimburse you for the costs of shipping, so be sure to let us know if your glasses aren’t right for you before you send them to us. CEV take every precaution to protect customer and user information. We have appropriate security measures in place on the site and in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse, or alteration of any information that we have collected from you. This information is safeguarded and will not be disclosed or marketed. It is intended solely for our use at CEV.
We do not store credit card numbers from online transactions. Any access to our customer database, shipping, order transaction, customer service, and billing is individually password protected and is limited to those employees who need to perform specific functions in service of our customers.
If your lenses are dirty, simply clean them with warm, soapy water, or a lens cleaning solution, and completely dry them with a microfiber cleaning cloth or 100% cotton material.
Avoid paper products (paper towels, tissues, etc.) as they tend to be abrasive.
It is always a good idea to store your glasses in a case when you're not wearing them!
